    Mission

    Introduction

Works of Heart CPR teaches teens and young adults how to perform CPR, enabling these individuals to perform the necessary actions to save a person in cardiac arrest. We operate as a non-profit organization which means any donations go exclusively towards funding operation costs.

    Relevant Today

We believe this is important today because teens are more independent now than ever and are entrusted with new responsibilities of watching young children (babysitting) and being out on the road (driving) away from adults.

    BLS Classes

Traditionally, quality BLS classes can cost anywhere from $80-$100. I am greatful to provide BLS classes to  students for free. However, to receive a BLS certified card, the AHA charges a $20 fee. If you wish to receive a card after your training, students must pay the $20 fee. If you unable to pay the fee, I still believe these life skills have much more worth than a certificate, and so I encourage you to still sign up for training. Donations are accepted to help provide money for students who are unable to pay the fee.
